Information
All order are shipped from
Rogers, AR 72756 via
USPS, UPS, FedEx.
We ship to 50 states and APO/FPO.
When sending the package the shipping department at
Frisco Depot will determine the most effective and efficient way to
ship the package either
by USPS or UPS. The customer has no choice of shipping method unless otherwise
provides a PO Box address which will be shipped only by USPS.
Heavy product orders must have an address that can be delivered to by UPS or
FedEx.
Orders are generally
shipped out within
2-3 business days
from the date of
approved art.
Orders with material
requiring special
handling take additional days.
We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
Customers may provide their
own shipping account numbers to
prioritize or customize their shipping method, but you will be charged a
handling fee of $5.00 per order number.
Provide correct shipping address. If customers fails to provide a
correct shipping address, all return packages because of wrong address, will be
charged full shipping cost to redeliver the package.
Same Day Service
Same Day shipping is available if the order has been placed and art approved before
12:00pm central time, but it is not guaranteed if Ground shipping method is chosen.
Same day shipping is only guaranteed if 3 day, 2nd day or overnight is selected for the shipping method.

UPS is our preferred shipping company and standard orders are shipped via UPS Ground. You can always upgrade your shipping to Air or Expedited Service at an additional cost.
