UPLOADING YOUR FILES via our ONLINE FILE MANAGER
(Our Preferred Method)

To upload a file using our Online File Manager, follow these instructions:

1. Click this link - Online File Manager
2. Type in the Username and Password
3. Allowed file types are: gif jpg jpeg eps ai pdf psd
4. Click the "Browse" button.
5. A window will open, navigate to the file you want to upload and click "Open".
6. A box will show up with the file you selected listed in it.
7. If you have additional files repeat steps 4, 5 and 6.
8. When you are finished adding files, Click the "Upload" button.
9. When the "File Upload Complete" window appears click "Go Back" to upload additional files or click "Home" and you are done.
10. It's that easy!

  
UPLOADING YOUR FILES via your FTP client

You can use any FTP client that you are comfortable with. Fetch, WS_FTP, FileZilla are just a few programs that you can use to move your files to our server. This can be the quickest method if you have large files to send, 50MB or more.

In order to access our FTP site, you will need to enter the following information into your FTP software:

1. Hostname
2. Username
3. Password

If you do not have a File Manager username and password, please call or email us.

Once you have logged into our server, be sure to click on the "DropBox" folder and then move your files there.

Moving your files can be as simple as clicking an arrow to indicate such a move (WS_FTP) or clicking "Put", browsing your desktop and placing your files this way.

FILE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

When you are ready to upload, please zip or compress your file for faster upload. Also, when naming your file, please use your name or order number as the name for your file. For example, johndoe.eps or for more than one file, johndoe1.eps and johndoe2.eps.

Image files must be either vector-based or at least 300dpi set to exactly the size you intend to have printed. High resolution pdf files are acceptable.

Allowed file types are: gif jpg jpeg eps ai pdf psd.
